Synopsis
Sierra, une jeune artiste visuelle noire excentrique vivant à Johannesburg, découvre qu'elle est enceinte. Le père, Tiro, est son petit ami et son manager. Il la convainc de consommer une potion abortive. Au lieu de mettre fin à sa grossesse, elle se retrouve dotée d'une capacité inexplicable à excréter des pièces d'or.
