Franklin struggles to keep up with the demands of his growing organization. As political tides shift, the CIA cuts Teddy’s support, as he travels to recruit a new pilot. Feeling pressure to expand her business, Lucia crosses a line to impress a dangerous new partner.

Franklin finds a new cocaine connect in the form of his captor, Reed Thompson. Lucia and Gustavo contemplate whether or not to let Pedro back into the business.

Two murders tear a divide in Franklin's crew and set them on a collision course with Lucia, who has an agenda of her own. Teddy and Matt must appease their Colombian partners.

With morale dipping, Franklin takes steps in order to ensure his crew's loyalty. Lucia’s guard starts to come down after a dramatic encounter, but some of her compassion may be misguided. Teddy is confronted with the sins of the past, causing Matt to see his brother in a new light.
